Join Peter for an intimate five-course dinner exploring the detail and intricacy in creating Restro’s award winning food.

Head Sommelier Joe Gilmore will also join the conversation, describing how he approaches matching beverages with Peter’s food. With only 30 seats available, this one-off dinner will allow diners to dig deep into the mind of one of the country’s greatest chefs.

$340 per person including five-course menu with matched beverage Tuesday 24th October.
